If I eat something that I ought not to have done my stomach/intestines/that region lets me know nearly right away. Things I ought not to eat include: Most tomato-based sauces; Ground Beef (in nearly any form but particularly in hamburgers); Deep-fried Anything as first meal of the day. Oddly enough, sushi as first meal of the day seems to go relatively well. Not saying I ought to do it every day but who knew that my rather testy intestines (ouch) would put up with such a thing.
